Look out on our shop floor, and you’ll see more than 15 DeVlieg jig boring machines. Many of them are equipped with CNC controls, air lift rotary tables and digital readouts. For lighter removal tasks in machining jigs, fixtures and low-volume, high-tolerance parts that don’t quite fit other machinery, there’s no substitute for them. We’ve used them to produce parts such as:
