Precise flatness or complex shapes over the length of a long part? Merrill Tool & Machine’s large floor mills allow us to machine parts up to 52.5 feet long, holding tolerances as tight as 0.001" over the entire length. This makes Merrill Tool the perfect partner to produce:

Each machine is equipped with multi-positioning heads to accurately and efficiently machine multiple surfaces in a single part setup. Our FPT Area-EV offers 4-axis continuous contouring of parts up to 12 feet in diameter and provides additional travel through a W-axis.
