Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

To ensure a part or assembly is produced precisely as designed, Merrill Tool & Machine uses state-of-the-art coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). Our equipment includes two stationary units and one portable one. All use the latest coordinate measuring technology, including PC-DMIS™ software, allowing us to inspect parts to blueprint or to a solid model, or provide reverse engineering services, creating blueprints or CAD data from existing parts.
